As was previously reported, WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts has made peace with New Japan Pro Wrestling star Davey Boy Smith Jr. over an incident that took place at a WrestleCon event where Smith threw a cup of coffee in Jake's face. Roberts has agreed to drop all charges against Smith.

However, ProWrestlingSheet.com reports that despite the fact that Roberts has dropped all charges against Smith, the NJPW star is still wanted by the New Orleans Police Department.

An NOPD representative gave the following statement to ProWrestlingSheet.com:

“Since this is a municipal charge, the victim can withdraw all charges by going through the city attorney’s office once the perpetrator has been located and either arrested or issued a summons. As far as we are aware, Smith is still wanted at this time.”
