Former WWE Superstar Muhammad Hassan has made his return to the ring, 13 years after he left the WWE.
Hassan appeared at Dynasty Wrestling's 'King of Thrones' event in Amsterdam, NY, defeating Greek God Papadon.
Hassan competed for the WWE from 2004-2005, and portrayed him as an Arab-American who was tired of discrimination following 9/11.
In September 2005, Hassan was released regarding a controversial storyline with the Undertaker, which aired the same day as the July 7 terrorist bombings in London.
Since leaving the WWE, Hassan achieved a masters degree, became a school vice-principal, and published a graphic novel, co-written by fellow former WWE superstar Shad Gaspard.
