A camera-man has filed a lawsuit against RAW Superstar Titus O'Neil and the WWE for $15,000 in damages, after an alleged incident in 2015.
Donald Anderson claims that O'Neil injured him whilst filming 'WWE Swerved' and left him unable to work for 6 months, after kicking the camera out of Anderson's hand in anger.
O'Neil was reportedly enraged after current SmackDown Live General Manager Paige shocked the former Tag Champion with an electroshock stick.
The claim also states that WWE was aware of O'Neil's alleged anger-management issues.
The initial claim was filed in California, but O'Neil successfully lobbied for the case to be heard in his home state of Florida.
The initial suit alleged that Anderson had faced medical bills in excess of $150,000, but the second suit did not mention any medical bills.
If successful, O'Neil and the WWE will have to pay Anderson $15,000, as well as any punitive damages the Pasco County of Florida deem appropriate.
