Chris Jericho has said he would be happy with any role the WWE has for him, in their upcoming historic Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia.
Speaking to 'In This Corner Podcast', the first-ever Undisputed Champion spoke on the recent changes in the show's casket match.
He said: "whether they want me to be part of the Royal Rumble or work against The Undertaker or work against Funaki in a lingerie match, whatever needs to be done I’m happy to do it.”
Rusev was originally scheduled to face the deadman, before being swapped out for Jericho due to comments the Bulgarian made in an interview.
Since then, Jericho has been removed from the match and replaced with Rusev. Y2J will return to his spot in the 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble Match.
Jericho described this as a strength of his legacy, as he can come and do whatever needs to be done whether it’s main eventing a show or being part of the opening bout of the night.
The Greatest Royal Rumble will air on the WWE Network on April 27 from the King Abdullah Stadium in Saudi Arabia.
