Randy Orton's Tattoo Artist Is Attempting To Sue WWE & 2K Games

Tattoo artist Catherine Alexander has filed a lawsuit against WWE and 2K Games, according to TMZ Sports. The artist is claiming the WWE video game maker 2K have used her tattoo design which features on Randy Orton without permission throughout several of the games.

Alexander claims she is responsible for designing Orton's trademark ink since 2003 and owns all rights to the designs which she also claims have been copied fully in the WWE video games.

She reportedly was offered just $450 for their use by WWE in 2009 but declined the offer.
