According to Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com, the investigation involving former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore remains open.
Satin posted on his official Twitter page recently that he had been in contact with police regarding the investigation and that the officers confirmed that the case remains open.
Previous tweets, one of which Enzo had been tagged in, suggesting that the case had been closed have still not been verified.
Below is the tweet posted by Satin:
Police got back to me in regards to the Enzo Amore investigation. Reports stating the investigation is over are completely false.

The case is still open at this time.
The investigation involves Enzo allegedly raping a woman in a hotel in Phoenix, Arizona back in October of 2017. Enzo was first suspended from WWE, then released from his contract after it was discovered that he knew he was under investigation, yet failed to inform WWE officials of it.
