Update: Impact Wrestling Officially Confirms Alberto El Patrón's Release

As was previously reported, former Impact Wrestling World Champion Alberto El Patrón had been released from Impact, according to a report from PWInsider.com.
His release has been officially confirmed by Impact Wrestling, as they issued a very brief statement through ImpactWrestling.com:
"IMPACT Wrestling announced today that it has terminated its agreement with Alberto El Patron, effective immediately."
