Former WWE Divas Champion Jillian Hall has pleaded "no contest" to a DUI charge from back in April of 2015.
She had attempted to do several Pre-Trial Diversion programs, which is defined by Justive.gov as "an alternative to prosecution which seeks to divert certain offenders from traditional criminal justice processing into a program of supervision and services administered by the U.S. Probation Service. In the majority of cases, offenders are diverted at the pre-charge stage."
Although she reportedly failed these programs, she was given credit for the work that she did complete in the programs, and was given a choice between completing another 46 hours of community service or simply paying $460 in fines. She chose to pay the fines. She was also ordered to attend two DUI programs within the next three months, and she will also have to make sure to pay for any additional costs that may arise from Monday's hearing within the next 12 months.
