Jim Ross Says He's "Very Optimistic" On A WrestleMania 34 Role

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross commented on the possibility of commentating at this year's WrestleMania on April 8th, 2018. He revealed that he is optimistic about being utilized at the event which he returned to last year after several years away from the company.

He told Wrestling Observer Radio:

"I’m very optimistic that I will be utilized in some way on Sunday in the [Super] Dome. That dome is a special place for me for a lot of reasons because my history goes back there a lot even before Crockett years. That’s where we stayed every Thursday night in that Hyatt hotel across from the Super Dome as it was known then and that was our Thanksgiving and every week, that really endured me to my two previous wives not being home for Thanksgiving but nonetheless I was booked, honey."
