Jeff Hardy Arrested While Driving impaired In North Carolina (UPDATED WITH PHOTOS)

WWE superstar Jeff Hardy has been arrested Saturday evening on 03/10/2018 for driving while impaired in Concord, North Carolina.

Raj Giri of WrestlingINC is reporting that Hardy was arrested in Concord, NC and that the accident happened on Concord Parkway South. Concord is in Cabarrus County. The police report has the accident time listed at 8:11pm. The report also says Hardy ran off the road and struck about 105 feet of guardrail before spinning to the left and coming to rest in the middle of the northbound lane.

Jeff Hardy  was stopped by police and arrested at 10:20 PM on 03/10 according to the Cabarrus County Sherriff’s Office.  He was released at 11:24 PM.  Jeff Hardy has  been hit with a 30 day pretrial revocation of his driver's licence. He is slated to appear in Cabarrus County Court on 4/16 in regard to this arrest.

Jeff Hardy has been out of action in the WWE ring since undergoing surgery for a torn labrum and a torn rotator cuff back in September 2017.  Speculation is he'd be making a return to the WWE ring soon.

At this time we see no arrest record on the Cabarrus County Sheriff's office website of his arrest.

UPDATE 1: You can download an app called "Mobile Patrol" which shows proof of Hardy's arrest. Below is a screenshot of the app with the arrest record.
