At tonight's SmackDown LIVE-exclusive WWE Fastlane event, AJ Styles emerged victorious in a Six-Pack Challenge to retain the WWE Championship, a match that also featured Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Baron Corbin, Dolph Ziggler, and John Cena. Styles pinned Owens to win the match.

As a result, this means that the main event for WrestleMania 34 on April 8th is now official, as Styles will defend the WWE Championship against 2018 Men's Royal Rumble Match winner Shinsuke Nakamura.
