Man Who Was Shot by Police Outside of WWE PC Reportedly Resurfaces at NXT Event

As readers may recall, a few years ago, there were reports of a man who was shot by police outside of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The man in question, Armando Montalvo, has apparently resurfaced and was causing a disturbance outside of tonight's NXT show.

He was apparently screaming something along the lines of "Vince McMahon will have to shoot me again!" He reportedly took off in a car before security could catch him.
