As we reported just an hour before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, Alicia Fox had to be pulled from the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match because of an injury.
She has reportedly suffered a broken tailbone and she will be out of action for a few months, according to PWInsider. The injury is believed to have occurred during a recent ring workout and not during an actual match.
