Big Debut Almost Happened At Impact Last Night, Moose Injured, Former WWE Referee Debuts

- We reported recently that talks between Rey Mysterio and Impact Wrestling had resumed and there was a possibility that Mysterio would debut at this week's Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando. PWInsider reports that a deal was so close to being reached that Impact officials actually made all the necessary travel arrangements but the deal through fell at the last minute. Mysterio is now heading to Mexico and will not debut during Impact tapings this week.

- Moose may have suffered an injury during last night’s set of TV tapings in Orlando. Moose’s injury took place during a match between EC3, Alberto El Patron and Johnny Impact. Moose reportedly suffered a knee injury and was helped backstage by several people. PWInsider are reporting that he didn't tear anything.

- Former WWE referee Marc Harris joined Impact at last night's tapings in Orlando. Harris was released by WWE back in 2014 due to his perceived lack of ability as a referee.
