Jim Ross On How CM Punk Could Return To WWE, Goldust Works 205 Live, Match For Next Week's SDLive

-Ā Jim RossĀ recently spoke to Sam Robertsā€™ Wrestling Podcast about how he would envisage WWE getting CM Punk to return to the company: "I would try to figure out a way if thereā€™s one more run in CM Punk. And ā€˜one more runā€™ to me means this: a WrestleMania, not 10, not two, not three, a WrestleMania. Start with letā€™s build to the right build and the crescendo is WrestleMania. And the only other way Iā€™d do him is have him return at WrestleMania and not be on television. Sign, train, vignettes, vignettes, little angle, boom. His first match is WrestleMania. Yeah, that way thereā€™s no pressure on anybody." Click here to listen to the full interview.

-Ā Goldust worked a match withĀ Cedric AlexanderĀ for the second time this week on last night'sĀ WWE 205 LiveĀ episode. They defeatedĀ Ariya DaivariĀ andĀ Drew GulakĀ in a rematch from Raw. It looks like Goldust will be joining the brand for a while as part of the company's effort to used more established names to help draw interest to the brand.

-Ā The Ascension vs. The Bludgeon Brothers has been announced for next week'sĀ WWE SmackDown Live. The match was revealed duringĀ a backstage Fallout video which you can watch below.
