Fans that attended the live event in Toronto on Saturday night noticed that the main event ended abruptly. You will see that Samoa Joe was bleeding badly a few minutes into the match. The trainer tried to clean him up as best as he could so that the match could continue but apparently the cut was bad enough that the referee felt that it was better to end it.
WWE has a “no blood” policy (except on very special occasions). Joe looked upset as the referee told him that the match was ending, and he would need to walk to the backstage area. One person in attendance said that the match did not go longer than 5 or 6 minutes at the most.
