Despite a post made by actor Sylvester Stallone on his official Instagram page earlier today that seemed to tease otherwise, current WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar will not be joining the cast of the upcoming Rocky film, entitled "Creed 2."

Below is the post that was made, showing Lesnar facing off against Stallone's original "Rocky Balboa" character inside what appears to be the UFC's Octagon:

Despite the photo posted by Stallone, PWInsider.com is reporting that the producers of "Creed 2" are currently seeking "someone with with legitimate amateur or professional fighting experience, specifically MMA." This individual would play the role of Victor Drago, the son of Rocky Balboa's former rival, Ivan Drago.

Furthermore, Stallone has also announced that he will be stepping aside as the director of "Creed 2" and that Stephen Caples, Jr. will be taking his place:
