As previously reported, WWE Superstar Rich Swann has been released from jail following his arrest over the weekend on charges of battery and false imprisonment/kidnapping involving his wife, Vannarah Righs, who competes on the independent circuit under the name Su Yung.
In an update, it is being reported that Swann was released from the Alachua County Jail in Florida "on his own recognizance," and that prior to being released, Swann signed a statement swearing that he would have "no direct or indirect hostile contact" with his wife. While the two live together and Swann will still be able to still technically both contact and live with her, the statement he signed means that he cannot insult, argue, or threaten her.
Furthermore, Swann must also contact a judge within 24 hours of his release. As previously reported, a judge has already been assigned to Swann's case.
