Rich Swann is no longer being held at the Alachua County Jail in Gainesville, FL, according to their official website His case has now been passed over to a judge.
WWE suspended Swann yesterday after the news of his arrest and a number of sources are certain this will spell the end of his career in the company. Swann was due to face Drew Gulak in a number 1 contenders match for the Cruiserweight Championship on tonight's Raw, that, of course, will now not take place.
In terms of sentencing, Swann could face up to 5 years jail time if he is convicted of a third-degree felony, but if he pleads guilty he should get off with a lighter sentence but that will be down to the court.
