WWE is reportedly considering a possible Global Warning pay-per-view event that would take place next year in Australia, according to a Pro Wrestling Sheet report.
The company last held a Global Warning Tour back in 2002 in the at Colonial Stadium in Melbourne, Australia. The audience of 56,734 was a then attendance record for the venue. It was the promotion's first visit to Australia since 1986.
The report goes on to note talk has centered around a holding Global Warning II in October 2018 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. which holds 100,000. This time around the company wants to make it a WWE Network PPV.
