It's the end of an era for Impact Wrestling as it has been revealed it will become a Canadian-based company. During the recent Impact Wrestling tapings on Wednesday Jeremy Borash announced to the Candian crowd that this week would not be their last time doing TV tapings in Ottawa, Canada.
Staff for the company were recently informed they would be "consolidating" their office with the Anthem headquarters in Toronto.
TNA/Impact Wrestling has been a mainstay at Soundstage 21 at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida for filming, but that has now changed. Going forward, the company plans to tour Canadian cities with their full operation moving from Nashville to Toronto.
Anthem hope a change of scenery will revitalize the brand and give the company a new focus.
