For those wondering why Kenny Omega didn't have the IWGP US Title at this past weekend's Global Wars, it was to miscommunication on between NJPW and Omega, Dave Meltzer revealed on the latest Wrestling Observer Radio:

“Okay so there was a mix up. New Japan had the belt and they thought he had the belt and it was a comedy of errors and nobody brought the belt to the building”
