During Wednesday night’s NXT tapings, it was announced The War Games match which was created by Dusty Rhodes in the 1980s will be returning and making its WWE debut at NXT Takeover: Houston as the main event.

It was announced that The Undisputed Era will face Roderick Strong and SAnitY in the 2-ring War Games match that was last seen on our screens on September 13, 1998 at the WCW Fall Brawl event.

WWE also recently announced Starrcade, another Dusty Rhodes creation will also be returning as a WWE Live event.
