As seen on recent episodes of WWE SmackDown Live, Kevin Owens has engaged in a bitter feud with SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and the entire McMahon Family after his assault on WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon.

However, it is worth mentioning that in one of his recent promos, Owens said that he wished he was still on the Monday Night Raw brand, working for Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon.

Bryan Alvarez of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter speculates that the former Universal Champion could end up back on the Raw brand shortly after the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, and that Stephanie McMahon could get involved somehow. If Owens does move back to Raw though, it would seem logical to trade a big star from Raw over to the SmackDown brand in his place.
