Lead WWE announcer Michael Cole will not be calling next Monday's WWE Raw from Denver’s Pepsi Center.

The official WWE website has announced that Cole will be attending his son’s wedding, noting that this is only the second time in the last 20 years Cole has missed a Raw. In his place, Tom Phillips will be filling in alongside Corey Graves and Booker T.

For those wondering, the first time Cole missed Raw it was after the post-WrestleMania 31 Raw, when Cole was F5ed by Brock Lesnar and sat out the following week’s broadcast to sell his injuries.
