WWE Chairman & CEO Mr. Vince McMahon has just announced on SmackDown Live that Shane McMahon will be reinstated to take on Kevin Owens inside the Hell in a Cell structure at the upcoming Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.

After the announcement was made, Owens made Vince promise that Owens will not be fired for "beating a McMahon senseless." Vince agreed and then Owens headbutted him and attacked him. Owens finished his assault with a Superkick and then a Frog Splash off the top rope.

It appeared that Vince McMahon was busted open the hard way following the headbutt from Owens.
