Theories As To Why Monday's WWE Raw Had A Lot of Empty Seats

Last night's WWE Raw (Sept 11) from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California was poorly attended according to a number of fans in attendance. The arena was practically half empty on the side not facing the camera.

Although WWE never uses the full capacity of the arena during television events it was alarming to see how many empty seats there were for the company's flagship broadcast considering both Brock Lesnar and John Cena were advertised.

Another theory for the low attendance is that people actually left their seats during the women's match to get food or use it as a toilet break, as you can see in the photo Nia Jax entrance video is on the tron, this was during the Sasha Banks vs Emma match. It might not be a popular opinion right now but the Raw Women's division is struggling, that's why Asuka is set to debut on Raw not SmackDown and maybe habits of old when it comes to women's wrestling are returning.

In the past, the Honda Center has actually hosted a number of major WWE events including WrestleMania XII, Royal Rumble 1999, WrestleMania 2000.

Where you at the event? - Let us know if it was poorly attended in the comments below.
