Samoa Joe is expected to make an in-ring return around late-October according to a report in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter. The Samoan Submission Machine recently injured his knee and was subsequently pulled from all WWE Live Events and television. 

WWE had plans for a match between himself and John Cena prior to his injury which was expected to take place on Monday Night Raw couple weeks ago, but it's entirely possible when he returns that the company will work toward a bigger feud and a possible pay-per-view match.
