Update On CM Punk's MMA Career

CM Punk is in training for another MMA fight which he is "awaiting confirmation" for according to a post put out by Coach Duke Roufus on Instagram. CM Punk took part in his first professional MMA fight at UFC 203 in Cleveland on September 10th 2016, nearly two years after announcing that he was giving up wrestling to focus on mixed martial arts.

Punk lost the fight by submission after Mickey Gall put him into a rear naked choke less than three minutes into the first round of the fight.

There had been some speculation that Punk wouldn't step into the Octagon again, this latest update would suggest otherwise.
