Ric Flair: "I'm Back Up and Running..."

Ric Flair returned to social media Saturday afternoon, posting an epic promo on his official social media accounts, thanking his fans for their love and support.

Flair, who is 68, was originally hospitalized for "routine monitoring" but ended up needing surgery, which was not on his heart. He was put in a medically induced coma prior to there surgery. There have been reports about the specific procedure Flair underwent but the full extent of Flair's health issues are not known.
