As previously noted, GFW star Tyrus refused to attend TV tapings due being unhappy to the way he was being treated
A video was released in which he accused officials of treating him like a 'second class citizen'
Now, the former WWE Star announced through a tweet that he has been granted his release from the company
It should be noted that Tyrus joins a list of GFW stars who have left the company in recent days. Over the past number of weeks, almost half a dozen stars have left the company. Tyrus joins that list of names which include Magnus, Matt Morgan and most recently The Pope
Tyrus joined in September of 2014 when he debuted as a heel and acted as sidekick for ECIII. Tyrus later turned face and sided with the Hardy Boyz. Prior to his stint in Impact, Tyrus worked with WWE for 8 years under the name Brodus Clay.
