Bruno Sammartino Was Unable To Attend WWE Raw Last Week Due To Medical Emergency

WWE Hall Of Famer Bruno Sammartino was supposed to attend Raw last week in Pittsburgh but he couldn’t make the trip due to a fall which required medical attention, according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

Bruno, who is 81 had to make a visit to an emergency room although while serious at the time he was able to fly out to Italy a few days later to unveiled a new statue in his honor and his childhood home was opened up as the “Bruno Sammartino Museum” as well as opening a medical center named after his mother. 

Meltzer noted that Bruno’s son Darryl was able to attend Raw and received a gift from Triple H.
