WWE Has Filed New Trademarks For Pete Dunne and Shinsuke Nakamura

WWE recently filed for two new trademarks which include “Bruiserweight” for WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne and “WWE Rockstar” for Former NXT champion Shinsuke Nakamura, according to PWInsider.

The fact that WWE has filed for a trademark for Pete Dunne gives us an indication that they are looking to invest in his character. Triple H is reportedly high on him following the recent WWE UK special and WWE UK Championship match at NXT TakeOver: Chicago. It's likely Dunne will be transferring over to the NXT roster soon.

As for Nakamura, he is set to be the headline name on the SmackDown Live in the absence of John Cena in the coming months.
