The Reason For William Regal's Absence From WWE NXT TakeOver: Chicago

For those who watched Saturday night's WWE NXT TakeOver: Chicago event live on the WWE Network, you may have noticed that the brand's General Manager, William Regal, was not seen on the show.

During a special Facebook Live session with WWE's Cathy Kelley following the event, it was explained by WWE COO Triple H that the reason for Regal's absence from TakeOver: Chicago was because he is currently in Japan, where he is evaluating potential new talents for NXT.
