Updates Regarding WWE Superstars Paige, Summer Rae, And Eva Marie

On the most recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live, host Dave Meltzer took the opportunity to provide an update on the statuses of WWE Superstars Paige, Summer Rae, and Eva Marie.

In regards to Paige, it was reported that she is still out of action due to recovering from neck surgery; however, the general feeling was that WWE would not be bringing her back to television right now even if she had already been cleared to compete. It was also stated that her current status with the company is being helped by the fact that The Rock and WWE are working together to develop a film based on her family, despite both Paige's own personal issues and the fact that her fiancee, Alberto El Patron, has been so outspoken about WWE as of late.

As previously reported, Summer Rae is all set to return at any time; however, WWE does not currently have anything planned for her in the short term.

When it comes to Eva Marie, it was reported that she will not be appearing on the upcoming season of the popular reality show Total Divas, and it is highly likely that she could very well be finished with WWE completely. Eva currently has several different projects ongoing outside of the company.

Meltzer was also quoted as stating the following on his broadcast:

"There’s an even number of women on both (Raw and SmackDown LIVE), so they don’t want to mess with that right now."
