The Tampa Tribune newspaper is reporting that Linda Bollea is accusing her husband Hulk Hogan of "legal shenanigans" in a court filing this week. Linda claims that Hulk tried to get her to sign a post-nuptial agreement and says he is hiding $10 million from a 2007 real estate transaction from her.

Linda has asked a judge to freeze Hogan's assets, including any money from the real estate sale transaction in question, which is a residence in FL. Linda has asked for a temporary injunction in her emergency motion filing.

Linda claims that Hulk took her to Tampa attorney Les Barnett last summer with the understanding that Barnett would be helping them to do real estate planning. Instead, she says that Barnett and Hulk presented her with post-nuptial agreement to sign. She says she was duped and gave away confidential divorce information in the session and it led to her filing for divorce from the Hulkster.

She also admitted to removing $1.5 million from their joint bank accounts after noticing what she called "suspicious behavior" by her husband last year.

She also asserts that money that was taken out of their accounts had been placed into a limited liability corporation and the only person who can access the funds is ... Eric Bischoff.
