Former WWE tag team Demolition had their last match as a team at a show on Saturday night for Keystone Championship Wrestling in Broomall, Pennsylvania. The three-time WWE Tag Team Champions have been on the indie scene for over 15 years. The promotion made the announcement hours before the event had taken place.
Demolition was considered one of the top teams of the late 1980’s and they were originally brought in to be clones of the Road Warriors. They turned into faces in 1988 and got over with fans because of their style, face paint and theme song. The company began to phase them out after Crush replaced Ax and when The Road Warriors were brought into the picture.
