WWE Raw Results (4/10)

Welcome to Monday Night Raw, coming to you from the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. We kick things of with the commentators reminding the viewers that no one is safe. All of a sudden John Cena's music hits to a big pop, marking the first shake up of the night. However, The Miz and Maryse make their way out dressed in Cena and Nikki Bella's ring wear. The Miz tells the audience the champ is here, and that one of his house rules is that they are not allowed to chant ""Cena sucks". He introduces "Nikki", and then they say that they are back in the WWE is because Hollywood didn't want them but took advantage of the shake up to get another shot. Then Dean Ambrose makes his way out with the IC Championship, being the second shake up of the night. He says he's happy to see them and congratulates them on their proposal. He then thanks them for beating the Miz and Maryse, and congratulates him on not starring in Marine 5. Miz and Maryse and break character finally and show Ambrose that they're not Cena and Maryse, to which Ambrose promptly responds with a Dirty Deeds to Miz. 

We come back from break with Kurt Angle on the phone. Sami joins him and pesters him about being antsy, and that everyone says he should go to Smackdown but wants to stay because of Angle. Angle says he understands but that there is "a lot of interest" from Smackdown. The Miz interrupts and yells at Angle about the situation that just took place. Sami defends Angle and is put inn a match with Miz tonight.

TAG TEAM MATCH: The New Day vs. The Revival

The New Day make their way to the ring without Kofi due to his ankle injury, but do have a blow-up doll to take his place. They say that although he is not there, his spirit is within the doll. They call out The Revival for what they did last week to Kofi, and they come out for the match. Woods and Wilder start the match with Woods going right on the attack with a flurry of offense. He corners him and tags in Big E. They unleash double teams moves while trading tags in the process, effectively cutting off Dash. Woods is distracted and Wilder takes advantage with a strong hair pull, tagging in Dawson as we go to break.

We return from break with Dawson handily in control of Woods. He takes an elbow from Woods but eats a back suplex for a nearfall. Dawson grounds Woods by his hair and corners him tagging in Wilder. Woods fights back briefly but Dawson is tagged in before he can gain the advantage. Woods tries to tag in Big E while the partners switch but is stopped by his pants. He manages to take down Dawson and both men trade in their partners. Big E goes wild with strikes and suplexes until Dawson distracts him allowing Wilder to get a nearfall. They double whip Big E allowing Woods to sneak a tag. The Revival still team on Big E but bot are taken down. Woods climbs the rope and hits a long elbow for a near fall. Dawson is whipped allowing Wilder to tag in. Big E tries to allow Woods to connect their double finisher, but Dawson save Wilder before Woods flies through the air right into a Shatter Machine for the pinfall.

WINNERS: THE REVIVAL

BACKSTAGE: Neville is asked about his match coming up with Aries and is interrupted by TJ Perkins. Neville says he has no chance at getting a shot, and that he needs to take a look in the mirror at what he's become. He calls Perkins a joke, once the inaugural champ but now a shell of what he used to be. Neville says he's the only one that respects him now.  Aries joins them and defends Perkins, saying that Neville is lying through his teeth. Neville says he's the only one giving opportunities and walks away. Aries tells Perkins not to listen to him as we go to the ring to see the nest shake up, Curt Hawkins. He says he's back on Raw and that he's ready to celebrate. The Big Show comes to the ring to confront Hawkins and they both stare at each other. Hawkins goes for a hug and Big Show knocks him clean out before leaving the ring.

We return from break with Neville on commentary for the next match.

SINGLES MATCH: Austin Aries vs. TJ Perkins

The two tie up and TJ goes tot he back. Aries switches with a takedown for a nearfall. Aries keeps him grounded while Neville looks on like a predator. Perkins is whipped but counters with spinning leg scissors and grounds Aries himself, letting him up and taunting him. The two tie up again with a wristlock from Aries. TJ twists out and counters with his own wristlock. Aries reverses and runs to the rope as the two exchange reversals with Aries getting the better of TJ, giving him his own taunt before dodging a strike form TJ. Aries keeps control with signature offense ending with a spinning elbow to the back of the head for a nearfall. TJ sneaks a strike and gains advantage briefly. He attempts a springboard drive by on the apron but is dodged. When TJ gets back to his feet he eats a thunder clap and taunts Neville from inside the ring. Neville comes to ringside irritated, and TJ sneaks up on Aries while he's distracted for the roll up pin.

WINNER: TJ Perkins

While Aries yells at Neville from the ring Perkins attacks him from behind and hits him with a a big elbow and Detonation Kick. He leaves Aries injured in the ring as Neville laughs from the ramp.

Seth Rollins comes to the ring to learn his fate with the superstar shake up, which could be punishment from his actions at Wrestlemania 33. Rollins is happy to be standing on his own to feet in the middle of the ring, and admits that his mind was on his match with Triple H, not what comes after. He says he's at peace now, and tells the audience that "we" slayed the kind as the crowd erupts into yes chants. He thanks them for their support and tells them he's just getting started. He talks about his goals, like getting revenge on Samoa Joe and the WWE Universal Championship. However, he's beginning to doubt he'll have those opportunities after causing Stephanie to go through a table at Mania. The crowd chants "thank you Seth'. He dreads Stephanie coming back and is contemplating moving to Smackdown and taking the easy way out. He then decides he's done that before and won't do it again as Kurt Angle makes his way to the ring. He reveals that Stephanie wants Seth gone, but that he saw something in Seth. He appreciated him fighting Triple H with one leg, and that as long as he is GM he has a home on Monday Night Raw. He leaves the ring with Rollins smiling, but he's taken from behind by Samoa Joe. Kurt gets involved allowing Seth to fight Joe off. Joe attempts to get back in the ring but decides to fight another day.

Owens is interviewed backstage about the superstar shake up, and he says that the cream rises to the top. He says he's the face of America, and then she asks about Dean Ambrose. Owens says if he doesn't realize he's the man around here he will beat the hell of him.

SINGLES MATCH: Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax

Charlotte ties up hard with Jax but is slammed to the ground hard. Charlotte dips underneath for a back tie up but is overpowered again. Charlotte manages to get in some kicks, and then charges off the ropes but is hit by Nia like a truck. Nia keeps control with a hard shoulder breaker and two big elbow drops for a nearfall. Nia applies a cobra clutch and grounds Charlotte but gets caught with a jaw breaker. She manages to mount some offense and some big kicks. She tries to schoolboy Nia but gets overpowered yet again. Nia tries to keep control but takes a chop block and Natural Selection for a nearfall. Nia makes it to her feet and charges Charlotte in the corner but misses hitting the turnbuckle. Charlotte kicks Nia to the outside and then takes to the skies with a huge moonsault to the outside. Bot women make it into the ring with Charlotte taking down Nia and almost locking in the Figure 4 until Nia throws her into the corner. Nia splashes her in the corner and then hits a big Samoan Drop for the pin.

WINNER: NIA JAX

SINGLES MATCH: Finn Balor vs. Jinder Mahal

The two tie up with Mahal aggressively connecting strikes. Mahal is whipped and caught by Finn with a drop kick and two deep arm drags. Mahal gets the advantage back with a  hard strike and grounds Balor with a headlock. Balor fights out and connects a strike combination before eating a massive forearm. Balor fights back with a Pele kick before taking a slingblade. Balor then dropkicks Mahal into the turnbuckle and delivers the Coup de Gra for the win. 

WINNER: FINN BALOR

Balor celebrates in the middle of the ring but is interrupted by a new challenger...Bray Wyatt! He says Raw is his new home and warns Balor to watch himself.

Raw announces that they have acquired Apollo Crews, Kalisto, and Rhyno and Heath Slater.

SINGLES MATCH: Sami Zayn vs Miz

Zayn goes right for a arm wrench but catches  strikes from the Miz. He's whipped but bounces of and hit's an arm drag combination before clotheslining Miz over the rope to the outside. Zayn goes to dive but Miz puts Maryse in the way, halting Zayn before the break.

Miz is in control with a headlock but gets reversed briefly by Zayn. Before he can connect a blue thunder bomb he eats a neckbreaker for a near fall. Miz puts Zayn on the top rope for a superplex but is countered with a flurry of forearms. Miz tries to attack Zayn but misses. However Zayn gets caught on a charge with a big DDT for a nearfall. Miz connects Daniel Bryan kicks but misses wildly on the last one allowing Zayn to hit a blue thunder bomb for a near fall. Miz escapes to the corner and Zayn attempts to end things with a Helluva kick for the win but Maryse saves Miz. Miz gets back in the ring and Maryse grabs onto Sami to distract him. Zayn re-enters and nearly eats a Skull Crushing Finale but is rolled up for the pinfall win.

WINNER: SAMI ZAYN

Roman Reigns is interviewed his win against the Undertaker. He says he respects Taker but did what he had to do. All of a sudden he's attacked out of nowhere by Braun Strowman and leaves him in a heap backstage. He walks away but returns to slam him on the equipment. He then rams another case into Roman while he's down leaving him badly hurt. The crowd chants "you deserve it" while they replay what happened. Roman is strapped into a gurney to be taken to the hospital but Strowman returns to take it and run it off the high docking platform to the ground below. Several EMTs attend to Roman who is in a really bad way. They are able to put him in the ambulance until Strowman returns yet again to beat on him within the vehicle. He then shuts the door and tips the entire ambulance over with Roman still inside. He finally walks away as we head to break.

They replay the vicious attack on Roman Reigns by Braun Strowman when we return from break. Paramedics finally get him out and put him in a different ambulance to take him to the hospital. This time he's safely transported with Strowman nowhere in site. 

8 MAN TAG MATCH: The Shining Stars and Gallows & Anderson vs. Cesaro & Sheamus and The Hardy Boyz

Before the match, Elias Samson reveals himself with his guitar. The match resumes with the Hardys keeping control of the Shining Stars. The two teams switch with Sheamus and Cesaro taking control of The Club. They both double team Karl and Cesaro hits a big crossbody for a nearfall. Cesaro tries to swing him but Gallows saves him before we  head to break.

We return with Gallows in control of Cesaro. He's cornered in enemy territory and eats a double team attack from the Club. He fights out and makes a tag to Matt who comes in like a ball of fire on the new legal man Epico. Everyone pours into the ring and brawls and when the dust settles The Hardys and Epico are left. Jeff dives over the rope onto everyone on the outside and Matt hits a Twist of Fate on Epico. He tags in Jeff who hits a Swanton for the win.

WINNERS: THE HARDY BOYZ AND SHEAMUS & CESARO

Dana is shown reading a "How to Be Your Own Protege" and is approached by Emma. She tells her "let's go" saying that she returned to pick up the pieces of her former lackie. Dana says that the whole division is getting better, including her. She says she trying to stand on her own two feet and that she won't be sucking up to anyone anymore.

Bayley was expected to make her way out, but Sasha Banks comes out instead. She says she has some unfinished business, but introduces "Just Bayley", seemingly joking. Bayley gets in the ring and thanks the audience for their support. Sasha says she wanted to congratulate Bayley, but tells her that her Wrestlemania moment is over. Before she can finish her thought the next shake up reveals herself...Alexa Bliss!

She comes out to a huge pop and asks the two if they could be any more nauseating. She mocks them for their relationship, and says she's on Raw to dominate. She is then cut off by yet another shake up, Mickie James! She praises herself as the only 6 time Women's Champion, and warns Alexa that she's about to enter a nightmare. She's then blindsided by Nia Jax, who then lays waste to everyone save Bliss. She faces off with Bliss on the ramp before leaving to the back.

UPDATE: Roman Reigns is said to have only minor injuries, and that Strowman was escorted out of the building.

CHAMPION VS CHAMPION MATCH: Kevin Owens (US Champ) vs. Dean Ambrose (IC Champion)

Ambrose charges Owens but is met with a flurry of strikes. He corners Ambrose but is reversed. Ambrose whips Owens and goes for an early Dirty Deeds but Owens escapes to the outside. Ambrose gives chase and the two brawl with Ambrose getting the upper hand. He throws Owens into the ring but he rolls to the other side. Ambrose follows him and dives over the rope onto Owens as we head to break.

We return from break with Owens in control of Ambrose, grounding him with strikes. He whips Ambrose who catches Owens with a flying clothesline. He corners Owens and misses a charge, catching a knee next to the post for a nearfall. Owens grabs a handful of hair and locks in a headlock. Ambrose fights out briefly but is brought back down. Ambrose successfully fights out this time with elbows and a headbutt. He charges Owens but is thrown to the floor. Owens rolls out and chucks Ambrose into the post. Ambrose barely makes the count as Owens goes right back on the attack with a gutbuster for a nearfall. He attempts a senton but catches knees, and then charges but gets tripped over the top rope. Ambrose then dives to the outside and lands in the audience. He retrieves Owens and the two enter the ring. Ambrose almost lands the Dirty Deeds and Owens reverses. Ambrose regains control with a big clothesline but Owens get the upperhand by dodging a charge to the corner. Ambrose fights back and hangs him on the top rope for a flying clothesline off the top rope. Ambrose has him grounded and goes for an elbow drop but Owens escapes. He decides to elbow drop tot he outside instead, and rolls Owens back into the ring for a top rope hammer but is caught with a package slam for a nearfall. Owens goes for the pop up powerbomb but is reversed into almost a Dirty Deeds. The two trade reversals until Ambrose finally connects a Dirty Deeds for the victory.

WINNER: DEAN AMBROSE

Jericho's music hits right after the match and makes his way to the ring to confront Owens. He runs into the ring and hits him with a Codebreaker to lay him out. Jericho stands tall in the middle of the ring as the show comes to a close.
