Former WWE Superstar Shad Gaspard of Cryme Tyme has taken to his social media to vent his frustration at the lack of black diversity shown on the WrestleMania 33 pay-per-view card.
The former tag team wrestler tweeted, "The epic diversity @wrestlemania was amazin this yr. So glad WWE is pushin the envelope, havin 1blk female wrestler in a match n 0blk males."
Fans were quick to point out that during the event from the Camping World Stadium, Naomi of African American heritage returned to her home-town of Orlando to become a two-time SmackDown women’s championship.
Gaspard would go on to add, "I guess minorities are not good at sports entertainment, just sports. 😏 good job #wwe 😑"
