At Sunday night's WWE WrestleMania 33 event in her hometown of Orlando, Florida, Naomi defeated Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch, Natalya, Carmella, and Mickie James in a Six-Pack Challenge to regain the SmackDown Women's Championship. Naomi won the title after defeating Bliss in the match via submission. She had previously held the title going into the event, but was forced to relinquish it due to injury.

Naomi's victory in the match marks her second reign as champion.
