For those who may have missed the WWE WrestleMania 33 Kickoff Show, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski, who was in attendance at the event at ringside, got physically involved during the fourth-annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, assisting Mojo Rawley during the match.
As the match came down to Rawley, Jinder Mahal, and NXT Superstar Killian Dain, Gronkowski was confronted by Mahal outside the ring. During the confrontation, Mahal threw a drink in Gronkowski's face before getting back in the ring to continue the match. Gronkowski then hopped over the ringside fan barrier, entered the ring, and took Mahal down with a running shoulder block.
Rawley would eventually go on to win the match by last eliminating Mahal.
