Current WWE Raw Womenās champion Bayley is setting her sights on her very first WrestleMania in a few weeks, she told Ontarioās Kingston Whig-Standard that she is nervous:
"Iām very nervous. Iām nervous to impress people. Iām nervous to make sure that I can hold onto my title, Iām nervous to impress everyone in the back to make sure that this isnāt my last WrestleMania."
She went on to explain how she deals with this nervous energy:
"Iāve always taught myself whenever I have big matches, Iāll just use Takeovers for example, whenever I had a Takeover match, right before I went out, I was just a mess ⦠so nervous. Iād tell myself, if you canāt do this, how are you going to do WrestleMania? Thatās kind of how I got through every match. And every match was OK and I was fine. Iāve been waiting my whole career for this match and now is the time to prove to myself I was meant to be here."
Shawn Michaels revealed in an interview with Eric Bischoff on his podcast that he regularly attends the WWE Performance Center to work with the new talent there. āYeah. Iāve been going down there on a fairly regular basis. Itās something that going forward Iād like to continue to do. I think we are sort of getting close to that finalization stage where I can say, āYes! I am a regular at the performance center!ā (Laughs) I guess thatās a long answer but for the most part, yes. Iām down there on a pretty regular basis.ā
