Naomi was forced to drop her SmackDown Women's Championship after she suffered an injury during her match against Alexa Bliss during the Elimination Chamber. Her original prognosis had her set for Mania, but now Naomi is questioning if she'd even be able to make it to Mania.

A fan asked Naomi on Twitter how she's doing with rehab, and she mentioned it's moving along slowly and she may not make it back for Mania.
