Alberto Del Rio Take On "Stupid" WWE Storyline

After his unexpected return to the WWE in 2015, Alberto Del Rio's year long run with the company was less than extraordinary do in part of the storylines being drawn out for Del Rio.

During his appearance on Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast Del Rio touched on many topics including his most recent run in the company as "MexAmerica" and the frustrations that came with it, which you can catch below:

“The MexAmerica storyline was so stupid because nobody understood what we were trying to do,” Del Rio said of his program with Zeb Colter. “I didn’t understand what we were trying to do, so, the people — it didn’t click with the people because it was just really confusing.”
