Trevor Lee Insults Dusty Rhodes During Match w/ Cody, Cody Responds

At a Pro Wrestling Guerrilla show this weekend, Cody Rhodes squared off against TNA star Trevor Lee. After the introductions, Cody got on the microphone and proclaimed, “It’s not Cody… It’s Cody F'ing Rhodes!" Trevor Lee then replied with, “You know what? F*** Dusty Rhodes!”

Cody sent out the following Tweet after the match:

“I have ONE rule when you wrestle me or include me in interviews. I did not mention it to my opponent tonight. I apologize on my behalf for the match in Reseda. 100% accidental. Folks get carried away. Apology accepted. Edited from the film. Thank you for understanding.”
