Cesaro who is widely seen as one of the most talented wrestlers on the WWE roster yet he's never really reached main event scene in any significant capacity due to Vince McMahon, according to Dave Meltzer on Twitter. 

Metlzer was asked by a follower why Cesaro isn't a main event talent, to which Meltzer simply responded "Vince McMahon. Nothing more."

The suggestion Vince McMahon is not a fan on Cesaro isn't a new one, just last year, Bryan Alvarez, also of F4WOnline, explained why Vince McMahon doesn't see Cesaro as a main event talent:

“The craziest thing about Cesaro is, you know how he’s great in the ring, and he has great wrestling charisma, and he looks great, and he always wears a suit, and somehow Vince McMahon finds the man boring. That’s the whole reason why he’s not getting a push.”
