Controversial Ending to Tonight's Tag Team Title Match

On tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw, it appeared as though new Tag Team Champions were crowned as Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson hit their signature Magic Killer finishing maneuver on Cesaro. However, only moments earlier, Sheamus was delivering a flurry of strikes to his opponents and accidentally punched the assigned referee in the face, knocking him down. A second official entered the ring and made the three-count after the Magic Killer, but then the original referee changed the decision to a disqualification victory in favor of Anderson and Gallows.

As fans are well-aware, championships normally do not change hands on a disqualification. So Sheamus and Cesaro retained the titles but Anderson and Gallows now have a victory over the champions.
