Minnesota ABC affiliate KSTP has a story on the struggles of former WWE/WCW/ECW star Perry Saturn. , As we noted a day or two ago, Saturn has fallen on hard times and he is fearful of becoming and/or being homeless. A GoFundMe has been set up to help him with his medical bills that are piling up.
Saturn said that he suffers from Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy from the shots to the head that he took when he was active as a pro wrestler. “The name of the disorder is CTE. There’s no test for them just to look and tell you that’s what you have they tell by autopsying the brain, and we’re going to try put that off as long as we can,” Saturn said.
Over $27,000 has been raised on his GoFundMe account. $5,000 of the money raised has been donated by Chris Jericho. If you’d like to help, check out his GoFundMe account here
