Jimmy Snuka's lengthy legal battle to clear his name after being charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter has come to an end, according to Lehigh Valley News.
The WWE Hall Of Famer, 73 has had all charges against him dropped for the alleged murder of Nancy Argentino in 1983. The judge felt that Sunka's health was not improving and he is unable to stand trial. Prosecutors had previously argued he was well enough to stand and that any health concerns expressed by his legal team were faked. The judge, however sided with Snuka.
Snuka's attorneys revealed last year that Snuka may only have six months left to live.
