Former WWE Superstar Shad Takes Down Armed Robber At Florida Convenience Store

TMZ is reporting that former WWE superstar Shad Gaspard took down an armed robber Saturday night at a Florida convenience store. 

Police responded to a call at around midnight for an armed robbery at a store. Police said the suspect was drunk and walked up to Shad and said,"Hey man, buy me a beer.". Shad had then responded that "there is a better way to ask than that" and police have said that was when the suspect whipped out his firearm. 

The store employee working at the time says Shad quickly shoved the suspect against the cooler door, grabbed the guy's gun and it fell to the ground. Shad says to TMZ he was trying to disarm the gun so it can't be used, then saw the clip on the gun was just for a BB gun. 

Shad then took the person to the ground, holding him til police arrived and arrested the suspect on robbery with a weapon.
